Shipping policy

Pieces are printed to order. Most orders leave our workshop within two working days; larger pieces and anything with custom engraving can take an extra day.

Cash-on-delivery orders are only printed once you confirm them using the link we send on WhatsApp. If that link is not used within 24 hours the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.

Typical delivery after dispatch: 2–3 working days within Maharashtra, 3–5 days to other metros, 5–7 days elsewhere, and up to 9–12 days to the North-East and island territories.

These are the courier's estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and local restrictions occasionally add a few days.

Orders of ₹2,000 and above ship free.

Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of your parcel and where it is going. Our pieces are light but bulky, and couriers charge on whichever is greater — actual weight or volumetric weight — so a large lamp costs more to send than its weight suggests. You will always see the exact amount before you pay.

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹2,500, in serviceable pincodes, and carries a ₹49 handling fee. Prepaid orders do not.

We may decline cash on delivery on a particular order or account — most often after a previous parcel was refused or returned undelivered. Paying online is always available.

We send a tracking number on WhatsApp when your parcel is handed to the courier. It can take a few hours to start updating on their side.

Couriers normally try three times. After that the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we will refund or resend as you prefer; for cash on delivery the order is closed and we may not offer cash on delivery again on that account.
